Visas

If you’re planning a trip abroad and need to apply for a visa, look no further. In most cases, we can assist you in securing a visa quickly, efficiently, and hassle-free. Examples of our visa facilitation and related service include:

International visas for travel to Russia, Brazil, China, India, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and other countries requiring entry visa (tourist, personal, business, employment, single, double, multiple).

Full range of visa support services, including obtainment of visa voucher (invitation letter), supporting documents, shipping, courier service and consular inquiries.

Letters of Invitation (business / tourism) for foreigners wishing to visit United States for a brief period, along with supporting documents (such as Affidavit of Support) on as-needed basis.

Letters to U.S. elected officials requesting assistance in the form of inquiries or support letters sent to various Embassies and Consulates overseas to assist prospective visitors in obtaining temporary visa to the United States.

U.S. citizens and green card holders with foreign passports and/or U.S. travel document must obtain entry visa to Russia prior to leaving the United States. Our visa specialists will assist you in securing visa to Russia for anywhere from 30 days (single and double entry) to 3 years (multiple entries for U.S. citizens only) within reasonable time period. Expedited service is available. The following information will be needed in order for us to facilitate a single, double or multiple-entry tourist visa to Russia:

Original passport (non-U.S. citizens must include copy of permanent resident card). Check your passport for expiration date. The Russian Consulate requires foreign passport to be valid for at least 6 months after the visa expiration date. Passport must have at least 2 blank visa pages, and may not be damaged or mutilated in any way.

Two standard passport-size photos (2×2)

Payment in the form of money order payable to Advanced Translation Services (ATS), or filled-out and signed credit card authorization form. We also accept PayPal, Zelle and Venmo payments (instructions are provided upon request). Visa fees are fixed and include all applicable charges, i.e. letter of invitation (voucher), consular fee, processing, shipping and handling expenses. Saturday delivery is $25 extra.

IMPORTANT: In addition to the above enumerated items, applicants whose U.S. passports indicate that they were born in ANY republic of the former Soviet Union must provide evidence of not holding Russian citizenship. Examples of such evidence include:

Copy of the old “Ordinary Exit Visa to Israel”, which was issued in place of the Soviet passport to émigrés who left the USSR prior to 1992 and had their Soviet passports confiscated; or

Copy of the old Soviet passport used to emigrate from the former Soviet Union prior to February 6, 1992, which contains departure stamp indicating relocation abroad for permanent residence; or

Copy of the valid or expired passport issued by another country (including any former Soviet republic with exception of the Russian Federation) at the time of departure from that country; or

Copy of the Certificate of Naturalization or Certificate of Citizenship issued in 1997 or earlier; or

Copy of the document or letter issued by the Russian Embassy or Consulate verifying renouncement or abrogation of Russian citizenship, or confirms lack thereof.

Becoming a U.S. citizen or having an expired Russian or Soviet passport does not imply or automatically result in the loss of Russian citizenship, even if the previously held Russian passport had been lost, unused, or long expired. If the applicant holds dual U.S. and Russian citizenship, or cannot provide documentary evidence to support the assertion of not being a Russian national, his/her application for Russian visa will be unequivocally denied by the Russian Embassy or Consulate, and visa will not be issued.

Pricing

Pricing for the Russian visa varies depending on the processing time (regular or expedited), type and duration (single / double / multiple – from 30 days up to 3 years), and applicant’s nationality (country of citizenship). Based on the reciprocal approach to visa issuance in accordance with the bilateral agreement signed between the United States and Russian Federation, U.S. citizens applying for a visa to Russia are eligible to receive a 3-year multiple entry tourist visa.

Please call us at (323) 937-1525 or e-mail atsnotary@gmail.com for detailed pricing and other information. We will make the entire process of obtaining a visa to Russia hassle-free, fast and easy for you!
